before making your booking.
Bookings and Payments
Bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking is required to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the departure date.
If the booking is made less than 30 days before the departure date, full payment must be made at the
time of booking.
All payments must be made in the currency specified by our customer service team at the time of
booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
The following cancellation fees apply:
More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total cost of the booking.
Between 30 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the total cost of the booking.
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total cost of the booking.
No refunds will be given for unused services or for any reason once travel has commenced.
Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any itinerary or services offered if circumstances require
it.
If we need to make any significant changes to your itinerary, we will inform you as soon as possible
and offer you the option of accepting the changes or canceling your booking with a full refund.
Liability and Insurance
We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising from any act or
omission by any of our suppliers or their employees or agents.
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen
circumstances.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction
in which the services were provided.
